Great North Road

This project transformed the existing residential layout from 5 two-bedroom flats and 2 three-bedroom flats to a new configuration of 7 two-bedroom flats and 1 three-bedroom flat. A four-bedroom house was also built behind the apartment building, separated by a garden area. Various unit sizes were implemented to meet diverse housing needs while maintaining an aesthetically cohesive appearance.
