Castle yard

This project included the demolition of an existing structure with a change in the land use. The local planning authority accepted the addition of a new three-story building with six flats. The design aligned with the local and national frameworks and to fit modern standards. The six flats are comprised of 1 x one bedroom flat, 4 x two-bedroom flats, 1 x three-bedroom flat. The unit mix was designed with the intent to support diverse housing needs within the community.
